Adam Szyszka | Adam has many years of experience in consulting and in corporate finance management. Worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (in Poland and in the United Kingdom), an international consulting company of great renown, as well as for the consulting company of Bank Millennium Capital Group. Participated in many successful projects in the area of mergers and acquisitions, as well as involving introduction of a strategic investor and company restructuring; also took part in preparing numerous security issues. He has good contacts within international financial institutions, in particular in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States. Specializes in business valuations, financial consulting and negotiations with banks and other financial entities. Adam holds a Ph.D. degree in economic sciences of the Poznań University of Economics. Between 2000 and 2001, a grantee of the Polish-American Fulbright Commission at the Columbia University in New York. Studied for a year at the Liverpool University in the UK. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, specializing in commercial law, in particular the issues related to leveraged buyouts (LBO/MBO). Published several articles on finance and capital market. Participated in many conferences and trainings in Poland and abroad. Currently Adam lectures at the Department of Investment and Capital Markets of Poznań University of Economics, cooperates with the Stock Exchange School of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and is a member of supervisory boards, as well as advisor of large business entities. Member of prestigious professional organizations (Business Centre Club, Polish Association of Business Appraisers) and social associations (Rotary Club, Young Polish International Network). |
| Szymon Bielecki Head of International Relations Experts | Szymon has gained experience, among others, working in the head office of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt am Main, in the National Bank of Poland in Warsaw and in local self-government office in Poznań. Specialises in European integration issues, including the financial aspects of Poland’s EU accession. At AT INVEST he is responsible for advisory in projects involving pre-accession and structural funds. After graduating from the Poznań University of Economics and the E.A.P. European School of Management in Berlin, started to work at the Department of European Studies of the Poznań University of Economics. Completed a Ph. D. programme at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) and postgraduate studies in European integration at the University of Warsaw. Cooperating actively with the local government of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, gained practical experience in international contacts and the EU funds. Has participated in a number of trainings and conferences dedicated to European issues. Has published numerous scientific papers on the subject. |
| Rafał Dudkowski Head of Organisation and Strategy | Rafał has gained experience working for many years in the Warsaw office of Booz Allen Hamilton international consulting company as a consultant and manager in an advisory group dealing with telecommunications, media and technology sector. His primary interest lies in the issues related to strategy and organisation, especially in telecommunications, technology and IT sectors. He has carried out projects involving defining and evaluating strategic options, reorganisation of enterprises, value-adding and market entry strategies, as well as product development strategies. Before joining Booz Allen Hamilton worked for Swiss investment banks, such as Vontobel AG (Private Equity Holding) and Credit Suisse First Boston (Asset Management) in Zurich. Holds a Master’s degree in economy from the Warsaw School of Economics. Studied also at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. |
| Jakub Chabik IT Specialist | Jakub is an experienced IT manager. Obtained the MSc Eng degree in informatics at the Wrocław University of Technology. Between 1993 and 1994, at Staffordshire University, Stafford, the United Kingdom a grantee of the European Union at Staffordshire University in Stafford (UK). In 2003, completed Master of Business Administration studies at the Poznań University of Economics/Georgia State University Atlanta. His gained professional experience mostly in IT companies. Has worked as the software engineer, team manager, IT consultant and project manager. Has also conducted IT outsourcing, valuations of high-technology enterprises and construction of an IT strategy for a group of enterprises on the pharmaceutical market. Has contributed to the "Computerworld", a weekly for managers and computer specialists. Apart from his weekly column, Jakub regularly publishes articles on broadly conceived IT management and quality of IT systems. Certified expert of the Polish Information Processing Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Informatyczne) (certificate no 24), appointed as expert witness in IT by the District Court in Poznań and taxation expert in IT systems valuation. |
Jerzy Krysta | Jerzy has many years of experience in recruitment, as well as in assessment and remuneration systems. Has held management positions at the head office of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. and worked in Supervisory Boards of TP group subsidiaries, including Centertel. Acted as the President of the Board in one of those subsidiaries. His in-depth knowledge and experience in HR are supported by comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of management and supervision of commercial companies in various industries, such as telecommunications, medical industry, and tourism. |
| Maciej Cichowski Capital Markets Specialist | Maciej specialises in capital markets and finance. Has gained experience, among others, at Franklin Templeton Investments, one of the world largest investment funds and asset management associations. Worked on advisory projects aimed to develop financial strategies. Has participated in the processes of going public by companies and introducing them on the regulated stock exchange market or in the NewConnect Alternative Trading System. Graduate of a prestigious specialisation “Capital Investments and Financial Strategies of Enterprises” at the Poznań University of Economics. Has participated in several study tours and conferences dedicated to capital markets, as well as finance and investment banking, organised, among others, in London. |
